Zazen Boutigue Resort & Spa - Koh Samui : Zazen Bungalows is a charming small hotel that has existed for more than 25 years. It was founded by mister Wa Fathaveeporn who is now 73 years old. Born in Hainan (China) he lived all his life in Koh Samui with his wife Mrs Somboun Suksom who was a local girl from Koh Samui. Mister Wa used to go fishing with his sons while his wife stayed at home to educate their nine children.

1. All rates given are inclusive of 2 daily American Breakfast.

2. Adults are intended to be 6 years of ages or older.

3. Three adults’ maximum per bungalow.

4. Airport transfer if required is 250 Baht per person each way. Children under 6 years old are FREE of charge.

5. Check out time is NOON. Check in time is 14:00 hrs. We cannot guarantee early check-in but we will always do everything possible to assist including offering a temporary bungalow if (and only if) available. Late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. In order to guarantee a late check-out ( 6.00 pm ) a 50% of the daily room rate will be requested.

6. Minimum Stay of 5 nights is Peak Season (21 Dec 11 - 10 Jan 12)

Compulsory charges for guests staying during this period

-Christmas Eve (24 Dec 11) : Adult 6,500++ Baht per person, Child 3,250++ Baht (Child 1-3 years Free of Charge)

-New Year' Eve (31 Dec 12) : Adult 7,500++ Baht per person, Child 3,750++ Baht (Child 1-3 years Free of Charge)

Day 2 : Elixir Body Glow - Allow 40 minutes.

- Anti-Aging and Hydrating Body Wrap - Allow 50 minutes

Day 3 : Combination of manicure and pedicure - Allow 1hour 20 minutes.

- Choose between a foot massage or a foot reflexology treatment. Allow 45 minutes.

Day 4 : Thai Traditional Massage and the Thai Traditional Compress Massage. Allow 1 hour 20 minutes.

Day 5 : Sunset-Kiss Ritual Massage - Allow 1 hour.

- Anti-Aging Face Massage for Her or Him - Allow 1 hour 30 minutes

Day 6 : choose from: a Healing Hot Stones Massage, a Swedish Fusion Massage, an Aromatherapy Treatment with Warm Oils and 4 Hands Massage. Allow 1 hour 30 minutes.

8. ZAZEN BOUTIQUE RESORT& SPA organizes both Buddhist Thai and Western Weddings. Each wedding package costs 98,000 Baht.

9. Occupancy

All rooms are for a 2-persons occupancy. The hotel allows a maximum of 3 adults per room

Extra beds:

1.1Low & Mid Season:

-The first extra bed is charged with 2,000 Baht daily, inclusive ABF

-The second extra bed is charged with 1,300 Baht daily, inclusive ABF

-For children below the age of 6, if no extra bed is required, only a 450 Baht daily charge will be applied for the ABF

-Baby cots are free of charge

1.2 High & Peak Season:

-The first extra bed is charge with 2,500 Baht daily, inclusive ABF

-The second extra bed is charged with 1,500 Baht daily, inclusive ABF

-For children below the age of 6, if no extra bed is required, only a 800 baht daily charge will be applied for the ABF

-Baby cots are free of charge.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
