Children Policy:
- Children 0 - 4 years of age stay free in parent's room without extra bed.
- Children 5 - 11 years of age breakfast 150 baht.
- 150 Baht per person for Airport transfer (advance booking).
Room Occupancy:
- Such rooms confirmed shall be made available for occupancy after 02.00 p.m on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12 (noon). Room used from 12.00 (noon) to 06.00 p.m on the day of departure will be charge at 50% of the rate. Rooms occupied beyond 06.00 p.m will be charged at the full rate.
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
- We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

 

 
Cancellation and No show Policy: All cancellation must received by the hotel writing.
- Cancellation for low season received within 10 days prior the arrival will be subject to one night charge.
- Cancellation for peak season received within 52 days prior to arrival will be subject to one night charge.
- Cancellation for high season received within 35 days prior to arrival will be subject to one night charge.
- If reservations are cancelled, reduced or No-Show by more than the allowed number after the minimum notice. There will be have one night room charge of total rate for each room and of periods reserved.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
