  • 6. Confirmed accommodations will usually be available of occupancy after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Accommodations used from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rate, after 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.
  • 7. Family Plan:
    No charge will be applied for children of 12 years or under, sharing parents' room utilizing existing bedding, with maximum two(2) children per room. If additional bed is required, the extra bed charge will be applied.

  • Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
          * Peak Season : 37days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 100% for late Cancellation Fee.
          * High Season  : 26 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Night for late Cancellation Fee.
          * Low Season   : 10 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Night for late Cancellation Fee.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  • For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
