1. All above rate are per room per night, in currency of Thai Baht.

2. Rates are inclusive of Breakfast.

3. Meal Cost:

- set Breakfast - 150 THB

- set Lunch - 350 THB

- Set dinner - 350 THB per meal, per person.

4. Maximum no of guest allow in room 2 person.

5. Transportation : from Samui Airport /Resort @ 200 THB per person, per way.

6. Check in time is 14.00 hrs. Check out time is 12.00 noon on the day of departure.

- Room used between 12.00 noon till 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charge at 50% of rate.

- Room used beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged at full rate.

- Remarks: Period 20 Dec '11 - 10 Jan '12 room usage between 12.00 noon till 6.00 p.m. will be charged at full.

7. No extra charge for child under 12 years old sharing the same room as their parents (maximum of 1 child per room) without extra bed. Additional breakfast will be charged 50% as per meal rates.

8. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
