Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation & No Show Policy: 
Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
- Peak Season : 100% charge if cancelled less than 42 days.
- High Season : 50% charge if cancelled less than 19 days, &
                       100% charge if cancelled less than 12 days.
- Low Season : 1 night charge if cancelled less than 10 days.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
- Any short stay during Low and High season will be charged at the actual stay plus one night's room charge.
- Any short stay during Peak season will be charged at 100% of actually reservation.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
