5. Transportation: From Krabi airport-Hotel: 800 THB Net/one-way/car (maximum 3 persons). and From Phuket airport-Hotel: 2400 THB Net/one-way/car (maximum 3 persons).

6. Net meals: Per person (Child under 12 years old will be charged 50%) American Breakfast: 500.THB / Set Lunch: 650.THB / Set Dinner: 800.THB.

7. Compulsory Gala Dinner: New Year’s Eve. On 31 Dec 12 @ 4000.THB for Adult and @ 2000.THB for Child.

• Honeymoon:

- Complimentary welcome fruit and welcome non-alcoholic drink upon arrival.

9. Period of occupancy:

• Rooms will normally be available for occupancy after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Room used between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. will charge at 50% of contract rate. Room used beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charge at the full contract rates. In addition, rooms for day-use up to space available.

• Remark: Period 20 Dec – 31 Mar (yearly) room uses between 12:00 noon and 06:00 p.m. will be charged at the full contract rate.

Early check out after 12 at noon will be charge at the full contract rates.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
