- Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50% room rate if check-out prior to 6:00 p.m. And at full rate after 6:00 p.m.
- No Extra charge for child year 12 years old sharing the same room as their parents (maximum of 1 child per room) without extra bed. Additional breakfast will be charged as per above meal rates.
- Premature check out before the duration of the reserved dates will result in a 50% charge.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    1. All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
    2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
    3. For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
