2. All rooms are suitable for 2 adults, except, deluxe room provide for 3 adults child between

the ages 4 – 12 years old sharing room and bed with parents is free of charge on accommodation only,

breakfast is cost at 100 baht a night.

3. Extra Bed is only deluxe room (350.-/1 night.)

4. Check in time: 01.00 pm. / Check out time: 12.00 a.m. respectively.

5. Meal Rates (Adult): Breakfast THB 150.- (Child): Breakfast THB 100.-

Cancellation and No Show Policy

All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
