5. Children under 15 years old are not permitted to use or swim in the half moon pool area.

6. For Tongsai Grand Villa & Tongsai Pool Villa: 3rd & 4th person sleep on either Queen-sized beds or mattress on the floor only

8. Unlimited bottled drinking water provided during the entire stay everywhere in the resort.

9. Cocktail Party, the management hosts a cocktail party once a week.

10. Free sports facilities: Tennis court, exercise room, snooker room, windsurfing, (subject to availability) canoes, snorkeling, seawater swimming pool, Jacuzzi pool, children wading pool and half-moon freshwater swimming pool. Internet WI-FI available in public area and guest rooms.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation, Amendment and No Show Policies: All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within:

YEAR ROUND	* Detail of credit card are required at the time booking is confirmed. * Any no-show or cancellation made 1-5 daysprior to the arrival date is subject to a 1-night room charge.
PEAK PERIOD 26 Dec 11 - 6 Jan 12	* A whole booking deposit is required to reach the hotel 14 days prior to the arrival date -Any no-show guest will have to pay for the whole booking period -Any cancellation made 1-25 Days prior to the arrival date is subject to a 50% of the charge for the whole booking period.
NO SHOW	Total payment will be charged in case of NO SHOW.

If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
