3. Children Policy

- Children under 12 years old are free of charge while sharing accommodation with parents in existing bedding will pay only breakfast..

- Breakfast and other meals for children between 4-12 years will be entitled to 50% discount.

- Maximum 3 adults sharing same room with one extra bed.

- Maximum 1 child sharing room with 2 adults.

- A baby cot is available with free of charge for Infant under 3 years old.

4. Check-in time is 14:00 Hrs. rooms requiring check in prior to 14:00 hrs, will require pre-registration to guarantee check in. Pre registration of rooms will be charged at 100% of the above rate and should be requested at time of reservation. Check out time is 12:00 hrs. Late departures up to 17:00 hrs, are available and subject to availability at 50% charge of the rate. After 17:00 hrs, the full day rate will be apply. Day use room requirement should be requested at the time of reservation.

5. Meal Rate:

meals rates for child will be 50% of adult price and would join dinner with at least 2 adults.

- ABF : Included and Child @ 175 THB/child.

- Set Lunch/ Buffet : 700 Baht/person and Child @ 350 THB/child.

- Set Dinner/ Buffet : 900 Baht/person and Child @ 450 THB/child.

6. Transportation:

- Samui Airport - Resort :300 Baht/person/way/car/van.

Private Car (max 2 persons)

Private Van (max 6persons).

Early Bird Condition

1. From now onwards - 31st Oct '2011, the reservation that makes 30days in advance will get 40% discount.

2. The early bird promotion is unable to combine with any other promotions.

3. Rates are net inclusive of VAT, taxes and services charge

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within :
- Cancellation must be made before 12 days prior to arrival date in low season
- Cancellation must be made before 22 days prior to arrival date in High season
-Cancellation must be made before 40 days prior to arrival date in Peak season
- otherwise a late cancellation fee of 1 night/ each room will be applied.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
