All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
- Low Season : to be informed at least 35 days
- Pre-High & High Season : to be informed at least 45 days
- Prior to clients arrival, otherwise one night charge will be collected.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
- Peak Season : total payment will be charged.
- No Show : Full Charged
