- A charge of Thai Baht 1,700 Baht include breakfast will be applied for third adult in guest rooms, where extra bedding is required. All extra beds are daybed types.

Child policy: under 12 years a charged of Thai Baht 1,200 Baht include breakfast with Extra Bed.

Transportation: charge is 2,800 Baht for one-way trip maximum 4 persons from/to krabi International Airport and 5,500 Baht from/to Phuket International Airport maximum 4 persons. Transportation for other destinations is available on request.

Check in: 14:00 hrs.
Check out: 12.00 hrs. (noon) for late check out to 18.00 hrs. half charge room rate, for check out after 18.00 hrs. charge one full night room rate.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    1. All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
