Check-in / Check-out:  Check-In time is from 14.00 hrs. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 14.00 hrs. will required preregistration to guarantee check-in. Pre-registration of rooms will be charged at 100% of the daily contract room rates and should be requested at time of reservation. Check-Out time is 12.00 hrs. Late departures up to 17.00 hrs, are available and subject to availability, at 50% charge of the daily contract room rates. After 17.00 hrs., the full day rate will be applicable.
Family Plan:
- Child under 12 years sharing accommodation with parents in existing bedding is free of charge, maximum one child per room.
- Maximum 3 adults sharing same room with one Extra Bed, (Extra Bed will be charged as per person)
Maximum 2 Children sharing room with 2 adults (An Extra Bed for child is the same price as adult)
- Early Check-out or No-show: The hotel will charge the total amount of the whole period that has been booked.
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
- We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

- Cancellation Period in Low Season Cancellation Charges
13 Days prior to arrival Charge 10% of paid amount as administration fee and bank charge, minimum charge 500 Baht
10 Days prior to arrival Charge 1 night as a cancellation fee, minimum 500 Baht
6 Days prior to arrival The whole period will be charged.
- Cancellation Period in High Season Cancellation Charges
30 Days prior to arrival Charge 10% of paid amount as administration fee and bank charge, minimum charge 500 Baht
25 Days prior to arrival Charge 1 night as a cancellation fee, minimum 500 Baht
18 Days prior to arrival The whole period will be charged.
- Cancellation Period in Peak Season Cancellation Charges
41 Days prior to arrival Charge 10% of paid amount as administration fee and bank charge, minimum charge 500 Baht
34 Days prior to arrival Charge 1 night as a cancellation fee, minimum 500 Baht
27 Days prior to arrival The whole period will be charged.
Last Minute Booking Cancellation Charges
7 days before arrival The whole period will be charged.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
