1. Extra bed can be arranged AT CLUB SUITE Only @ Thai Baht 2,500 net inclusive of Club Amenities.


2. Extra bed is not possible in Deluxe Room.


3. The Chedi Club Suite rate includes 2-ways airport transfer, breakfast, mini-bar, laundry, private check-in and daily newspaper
4. Children's policy :
   Deluxe Room/ 1 child maximum & complimentary on existing bed. Club Suite/2 children maximum under 12 years stay free in parent's room with existing bedding, ie sharing Sofa Bed. Extra Bed request is @ Thai Baht 1,000 net. Child's breakfast @ 50% not included in room rates.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy: All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement
    Peak Season & Songkran Festival (December 24 to January 10 & April 13 to 16)
            - 40 days prior to arrival. 2 nights must be charged
            - 30 days prior to arrival. 3 nights must be charged
            - 21 days prior to arrival. 4 nights must be charged
            - Les than 21 days, full duration of Reservation dates
       *where duration of nights booked is shorter than penalty nights, than the shorter nights charge to apply.
    High Season (November 1 - December 23 & January 11 - March 31)
            Cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival, 2 nights must be charged.
    Low Season (April 1 - October 31)
            Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, 1 night must be charged
        *All seasons, No show & Cancellation upon arrival date, will be charged at 100%. 
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  • For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
