The guest has to stay a minimum of 5 consecutive nights during 23 Dec - 10 Jan is required with Compulsory Gala Dinner on X'mas eve (24 Dec) and New Year eve (31 Dec).

Rooms will normally be available for occupancy after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Room used between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. will charge at 50% of rate. Room used beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charge at the full rates. In addition, rooms for day-use up to space available.
Remark: Period 20 Dec - 31 Mar (Yearly), room uses between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    1.  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within:
      - 25 days prior to arrival date for Low Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
      - 35 days prior to arrival date for High Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
      - 45 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment room rate per room.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
