• The maximum numbers of persons allowed in a room are 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 Children.

• Rate above is valid for 2 persons. Third person must pay for an extra bed.

• Meal Rates : ABF 300 Baht , Set Lunch 500 Baht, Set Dinner 700 Baht

Child under 12 years must be charge 50% for meal rates.

• Family plan : Child under 4 years sharing bed with parant bed with parents free of charge with

Baby cot : Free of charge.

Maximum age : infant under 4 years old/ Children under 12 years old.

• Check-in time is 12:00 noon, Check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50% room rate if check out prior to 6:00 pm. at full.

Free transfer from Samui Airport to Hotel.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. Cancellation: must inform us in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 20 day prior to arrival date for high season and 15 day prior to arrival date for low season, cancellation after that will be charged 1 night.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
