Sunset Plaza is the perfect option if you are many people travelling together; you have both the privacy of your own apartment and a natural gathering point at the pool bar area. 1. All prices in this contract are in Thai Bath and net. Rate are Exclude Breakfast.
2. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for each reservation.
3. Daily rates include cleaning and change of bed linen twice a week. No extra charge for water and electricity.
4. Extra bed is available for a surcharge of 500 thb /night and person for all apartment types
5. Baby Cot provided free of charge, first come first served basis..
6. Children Policy 2-12 years share extra bed without extra cost.
7. Internet is available free of charge
8. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
- All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 10 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from three-night (3) room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
