Cancellation and No show Policy:
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
- 37 days prior to arrival date for Peak.
- 26 days prior to arrival date for High.
- 17 days prior to arrival date for Green.
- Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No Show & Late Cancellation: One night room rate will be charged.
