1. Room rates are quoted in Thai Baht inclusive of  Breakfast.
2. Child Policy: Children 2 child per room age 2 - 12 years / the second child sharing bed with parent ABF compulsory @ 300 B / Child per day.

    - Lunch 600 Baht/Person
    - Dinner 700 Baht/Person
*Children under 12 years old receives 50% discount on meal rates.*
Meal rates are in Thai baht and inclusive of 10%service charge and 7% VAT. Meal based on Table D'hote Unless otherwise stated. Meal rates excluded soft drinks, beer and alcoholic beverages.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
            - 30 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge Full Payment
            - 14 days prior to arrival date for High Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least two-night room rate per room.
            - 10 days prior to arrival date for Low Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
        - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
        - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
