1. All rates quoted in Thai Baht per room, per night, for single and double occupancy.

4. Extra Person Charges :

5. Airport Transfer Rate:

- By Car @ 300 THB per person per way. ( Min 2 person).

6. Minimum Stay:

- All stay over 31st December '2011, minimum 3 nights stay is required.

7. Meal Rates:

- Buffet Breakfast: Included.

- Lunch: 1,200 THB.

- Dinner: 2,000 THB.

- Gala Dinner (31st Dec '11) : Not compulsory 4,800 THB.

- Children 0-5 yrs: Free of charge.

- Children 6-11 yrs: 50% discount.

8. Check in time:

- Check in time is at 14:00 hrs, but due to the nature and location of the resort we will provide a room as soon as is convenient to the resort. Guaranteed access to rooms prior to 14:00 hrs on the day of arrival may be reserved from previous evening with one night additional charge.

9. Check out:

- Check out time is 12:00 noon. The resort will endeavor to allow the guest to remain in home until the scheduled time departure by air transfer from the island. If this is not possible the resort will provide day use facility until departure subject to availability, which is chargeable. Late check out charge until 18:00 hrs 50% of rate and after 28:00 hrs 100 % charge.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 50 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
