Sita Beach Resort & Spa is located on the southwest coast of the island of Koh Lipe occupying 12 acres of landscaped and beach front by the Andaman Sea, Satun Province South Thailand and located approximately 60 Km. from Satun city.

- Up to 06:00 pm. a charge of 50% off rates will apply and subject to availabity.
Bed Configuration:
- Room Type (Pool View Deluxe, Sea View Superior, Sea View Deluxe, Beachfront Deluxe Villa, Honeymoon Suite) is good for 1 double or 1 twin push one extra bed, Max pax in room is 3 persons.
- Room type (2 Bedrooms Family Suite, 2 Bedrooms Pool Villa) are for 2 bedrooms with one twin, one double bed and living room, two extra beds available. Max pax in room is 6 persons.
Check in/Check out:
- Standard check out time is 12:00 noon and check in time is after 1:00 pm. Early check subject to availability.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

 

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
        All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
            - 30 days prior to arrival date for High Season.
            - 45 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season.
            - 20 days prior to arrival date for Green Season.
        Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
        - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
        - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No Show & Early Check-out: Total Payment Will be charged
  • Day-Use & Late Check-out: Up to 6.00 p.m., a charge of 50% off rates will apply and subject to availability.
