Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
- Low season at least 10 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at one-night room rate per room.
- High season at least 20 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at one-night room rate per room.
- Peak season at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to full charged
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No Show: Full Charge
Early departure policy : with reasonable cause, the hotel will collect an equivalent of one-night change base on low/high season. The hotel reserves the rights to charge for a full stay during the peak season.
