Simple Life Resort has a premier location on Sairee Beach - the main focal point of Koh Tao. The resort is secluded and peaceful, yet you're only a couple of minutes walk from the action. More than 15 years ago during the early days of tourism on Koh Tao, Simple Life first existed as a simple beach shack restaurant with a few primitive huts to sleep in. Simple Life developed a special reputation for providing a paradise island style experience; exciting cuisine, great atmosphere and value Sairee Beach accommodation.

*. Child under 07 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed is free of charge for room only, maximum 2 children per room.

*. Third person is charged at 500 Baht + BF.

*. Baby cot available on request, free of charge.

*. Free transfer the koh tao pier to the resort as per the given schedule.

3.CHECK IN - CHECK OUT :

*. The check in time is 1:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Late check out up 2 pm subject to room availability and Boat schedule at the Haad pier.

*. Late check out or day use has an extra charge of 50% of the rate for each room occupied until 18:00 her.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.

3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
Early check out, the deposit/total payment will be non-refundable.
No show: total payment will be charged.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
