Cancellation and No Show Policy
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
- Cancellations more than 26 days prior to arrival - Full Refund less THB 2,500 handling charges.
- Cancellations between 26 and 12 days prior to arrival - 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 12 days prior to arrival and No Shows - No refund.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
