SeaBoard Bungalow Koh Phangan : Our bungalows are located directly at one of the most beautiful beaches of Koh Phangan (and probably also at the most beautiful part of it ). Haad Yao with its wide cover is flanked by steep rocky peninsulas surrounding nearly one kilometer of white powder like sand. The beach is wide enough to enjoy all kinds of sport activities in front of great sunset views, coral reefs and really beautiful vistas.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases. - No show: total payment will be charged.
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
