Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 35 days prior to arrival date in Peak Season and 18 days in all season .Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge 100 %.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht. - No show: total payment will be charged.
