2. Meal Rates:

American Breakfast : Adult @ 400 THB/person and Child @ 200 THB/child (3-12 yrs child).

3. Transfer Rates:

- one way from Airport to Hotel @ 650 THB / person.

- Natorn Pier / Town @ 600 THB / person.

- Golf Club @ 500 THB / person.

4. Children Policies:

A maximum of 1 child age under 4 years may share room and bed with 1 or 2 adults for free of charge or maximum 1 baby cot.

5. Arrival and Departure Procedures:

Check in time is 02:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 noon. The hotel is not required to have rooms available before 12:00 p.m., but will do its best to ahve room ready for early arrival when notified. Late check out can be requested but depending on availability.

All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within
* Peak Season : 50 days prior to the arrival date, Minimum notice required
* High Season : 20 days prior to the arrival date, Minimum notice required
* Low Season : 15 days prior to the arrival date, Minimum notice required
Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
