We are a small boutique hotel, with only 44 rooms, comprising of 6 poolside villas, 8 Thai villas, 20 superior rooms, 8 Junior Suites and 2 Executive Suites. Located in the middle of Lamai beach, Koh Samui’s white sandy beach with various shopping and nightlife entertainment , Samui Sense provides you with an ultimate comfort in one of Koh Samui’s best location. We are only less than 30 mins from Koh Samui’s airport and only 15 mins to Chaweng nightlife area.

1. Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive breakfast for 2 persons.

2. Child age 2-11 years old sharing same room with parents and not required an extra bed only pay for ABF @ THB 200.

3. Child age 12 years or older will be required to pay for an extra bed.

4. Extra bed is charged at THB 900 net, inclusive of ABF ( Superior room cannot add the extra bed).

5. Check in time at 14:00 hours and check out at 12:00 noon.

6. Early departure policy with reasonable cause, the hotel will collect an equivalent of one night change base on low / high season. The hotel reserves the rights to charge for a full stay during the peak season.

7. Airport Transfer Rates:

- Samui Airport - Hotel and vice versa @ THB 500 per person per way.

8. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within:
- Low Season: at least 5 nights prior to arrival date, Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
- High Season: at least 12 nights prior to arrival date, Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least 50% room rate per room, or min 1 night (whichever the greater).
- Peak Season : at least 30 nights prior to arrival date, Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge 100% of room rate per room.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
