1. Room rate are in Thai Baht.

2. Room rates are include breakfast. Extra breakfast 250 THB for adult and 150 THB for child 0-12 yrs.

3. Compulsory breakfast during free nights is 250 Baht per night per person.

4. Check-in time after 13.00 hrs. Check-out time is before 12.00 noon.

Late check-out surcharge 100 Bath per hour, but not late than 17.00 hrs. After that surcharge of one night.

Early check out extra charge one night from the total stay of each room.

5. Children Policy:

- No room charge for one child sharing room with parent without extra bed.

- Compulsory breakfast will be charged 150 Bath/person/day for child 0-12 years old.

- 100 THB/room/night just in case for second child whom sharing room with parents without extra bed.

6. Transfer from Samui Airport to our resort 400 Baht per way.

7. Extra bed 600 THB per person per night include breakfast.

8. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

9. Minimum stay of 5 nights is required during 16th December '2011 - 10th January '2012.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
-. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 45 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
