Pet is not allowed within the resort compound, we reserved the right not checking in guests with pet without notice and non refundable deposit.
Cooking is not allowed within the resort compound.
Check In / Out time : 14.00 pm is check in time and 12.00 pm is check out time. Early check in or late check out can be requested but subject to the space availability on the day of arrival. To guarantee early check in will be charged as the overnight rate and late check out before 18.00 pm will be charged 50% of room rate and thereafter a full nightly charge.
Early Check out : Unused room nights are not refundable for early departure unless notice is given to the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
Full pre-payment before arrival within 10 days and 30 days for Nov-Jan. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy :
Peak Season ( Dec. – Jan. )
- Full stay will be charged for all cancellations within 37 days prior to arrival.
- No show and early departure will be charged for entire period initially booked.
- Cancellation made prior to the deadline, full prepayment booking will receive a refund.
High Season ( Oct. - Mar.)
- Cancellations within 19 days prior to arrival = 1 night charge.
- Cancellations within 15 days prior to arrival = 3 nights charge.
- No show will be charged for 3 nights.
- Early departure will be charge for total stay and plus 3 nights charge.
- Cancellation made prior to the deadline, full prepayment booking will receive a refund.
Low Season ( Apr. – Sep. )
- Cancellations within 6 days prior to arrival = 1 night charge.
- No show will be charged for 1 nights.
- Early departure will be charge for total stay and plus 1 nights charge
- Cancellation made prior to the deadline, full prepayment booking will receive a refund.
No show: total payment will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
