Children's Policy :
A maximum of 1 child under 12 years of age can stay free when sharing a room with their parents and utilizing existing bedding. If an extra bed is required a 50% discount is available from the adult price. All children under the age of 12 are entitled to 50% discount on all meal arrangements.

Arrival and Departure Procedure:
Check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs (noon). The resort will do its best to have rooms available for early arrivals when notified but this is not guaranteed. Room occupied beyond 17:00 hrs will be charged at the full night rate.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
          - 12 days prior to arrival date for Low Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
          - 18 days prior to arrival date for High Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
          - 35 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
