Railay Princess Resort & Spa - Krabi : is situated at the middle of Railay Peninsular, between Railay Village (West side) and YaYa resort (East side) location.
Certainly, we are not the beach front resort as “Railay Bay Resort and Spa” where is our sister resort. However, we offer our Deluxe accommodations with the pool view. You will enjoy seeing the most beautiful tropical landscape and peninsular.
Experience your dream family vacation with us. Our resort is suitable for Family and honeymooner gateway who love to stay at the peaceful resort, sit at the terrace and reading your handbook or spend your time at the pool while enjoy with our various cocktails.
If you walk to Railay west, just 5 minutes, to Phranang beach or Lagoon 5 minutes.
The renovation will be commenced on 5th June, 2012 and the project will be completed on 15th November, 2012. Therefore, we would like to inform you that Railay Princess Resort and Spa will be closed from the above date mention.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause our guests. For the rooms that have been booked before this announcement, we will upgrade to Railay Bay Resort and Spa based on Railay Deluxe Cottage room.

All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
- Low Season : 6 days prior to arrival one night charge.
- High Season : 19 days prior to arrival one night charge.
- Peak Season : 32 days prior to arrival full charge.
- Cancellation after that total payment will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
- No Show : Total Payment Will be charged.
