1. Above rates are in Thai Baht, inclusive of breakfats.
2. Extra Breakfast  @ 300 B per adult and 150 B per child.
3. All guests will receive a welcome drink upon arrival.
4. Child under 12 years old sharing room with 2 adults without extra bed FOC, but pay for breakfast @ 150 B per child.
5. Baby cot available on request free of charge.
6. Extra bed included breakfast for one person only.
7. Honeymooners will be upgraded to best possible room, fruits + flowers.
8. Check in 14.00 pm and check out time 12.00 noon, check out before 18.00 pm and after 12.00 noon charge 500 B and if check out after 18.00 pm 100% charge.
9. Airport Transfer: By private car 800 THB per way maximum 3 persons. By minibus 1,500 THB per way maximum 8 persons. (time 08.00 - 18.00)
10. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
