- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
- Low within 8 days prior to arrival wiil be subject to Full Amount charge.
- High withing 12 days prior to arrival wiil be subject to Full Amount charge.
- Peak within 20 days prior to arrival wiil be subject to Full Amount charge.
- if Early check out. there will have additional one night room charge of total room rate for each room and each of period reserved.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
