Child Policy:
    Child under 12 years sharing room with parents without extra bed is free of charge, supplement charge of breakfast for child at 125 THB. Extra bed fee for child under 12 years old charge at 500 THB/Bed/Child (Inclusive of Breakfast).
    Check-In time is at 14:00 Hrs and Check-Out time is at 12:00 Hrs noon. Late check-out day use (12:00 noon – 18:00 hrs.) will be charged at 50% of the rates. Once Night charge will be applied on the late check-out after 18:00 hrs.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

 

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
        - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
              - 20 days prior to arrival date for Low Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
              - 50 days prior to arrival date for High & Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
        - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
        - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No Show: Full Charge
  • Remark:
        Guest arriving a later date or departing at an earlier date than the original confirmed booking will be charged for the entire period as per the original confirmed booking request. Late Arrival Notification is required a minimum of 2 days prior to check-in date.
