Cancellation and No show Policy :

  • All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 14  days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge up to total payment.
  •  If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  • For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No show: total payment will be charged
