6. Child Policy:
- Maximum one child less than 12 years of age can stay free of charge in the room occupied by parent, using existing bedding. There will be an additional charge for rollaway bed or cot, if required. Breakfast for child will be charged. Breakfast for child will be charged.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 37 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
