1. All rates are quoted in Thai Baht including Breakfast.
2. Meal Rates :
- Breakfast : 250 THB per adult and 150 THB per child (4 - 12 Y/O).
- Lunch : 350 THB per adult and 250 THB per child (4 - 12 Y/O).
- Dinner : 500 THB per adult and 300 THB per child (4 - 12 Y/O).
- Seafood B.B.Q. : 1,200 THB per adult and 700 THB per child (4 - 12 Y/O).
3. Compulsory Gala Dinner Christmas Eve 24 Dec 12 : 3,000 THB per adult and 1,500THB per child (4 - 12 Y/O).
4. Compulsory Gala Dinner New Year Eve 31 Dec 11 : 4,000 THB per adult and 2,000 THB per child (4 - 12 Y/O).
5. Complimentary on room only for child under 12 years old sharing a roon with parents without extra bed, only breakfast will be charge @Baht 150 net/person. (Maximum 1 child under 12 years old sharing existing Twin/Double bed with adults)
6. Period of Occupancy:  
- Room will usually be available after 2.00 p.m. Checkout time: 11.00 noon. Room used from 12.00 to 06:00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the room rate. Room occupied beyond 06:00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.
7. Maximum guests allow in room : 3 Adults, 2 Adults+1 child, 3 Adults+1 Infant or 2 Adults+ 1 Infant

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 
    - Low season  10 days before one night of total room charge.
    - High season 19  days before arrival one night of total room charge.
    - Peak season  30 days before arrival 100% of total room charge.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
