Phi Phi Hotel is located on Ton Sai Bay, 100 meters from the ferry pier. The Hotel offers first class service. The hotel's guest rooms are primarily classified as 'sea view' and 'moutain view'.  

Business center, tour desk, swimming pool, exchange service are avaiable.  Our restuarant, having 200 seats, is able to serve Thai, Chinese and International cuisine.

Elevator Construction:   Due to many unfortunate factors including weather conditions, elevator contruction has been postponed to beginning of year 2012. Kindly accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
    - Green Season : within 12 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellation after that one night will be charged
    - High and Peak Season : within 20 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellation after that one night will be charged.
    - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    - For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
