Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within:
* A 1 night fee applied for cancellation received less than 35 days prior to arrival date during High Season and Peak Season.
* A 1 night fee applied for cancellation received less than 15 days prior to arrival date during Low Season.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
