7. Compulsory breakfast disc. 50% from adult rate for child who is not taken extra bed when stay same with parent’s room.

8. Compulsory Gala Dinner : New Year’s Eve: 5000.THB per pax. (31 Dec. 2012)

9. SPECIAL BENEFIT OFFER

- For honeymoon, plus one pound honeymoon cake, small bottle of sparkling wine when the guest stay a minimum 5

consecutive nights.

- 10% discount for food and beverage at hotel’s restaurant.

- Welcome cold towel on arrival date.

- Welcome drink and Thai sweet on arrival date.

10. Period of occupancy

- Rooms will normally be available for occupancy after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Room used

between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. will charge at 50% of contract rate. Room used beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charge at the full

contract rates. In addition, rooms for day-use up to space available.

- Remark: Period 20 December – 28 February , room uses between 12:00 noon and 06:00 p.m. will be charged at

the full contract rate.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
