   Patong Bay Garden Resort, Phuket where we pleasure provide you with flavor of your stay with us. Our seventy-one room family owned and run hotel provides a blend of traditional Thai courtesy and hospitality with comfortable surroundings, creating an informal atmosphere in which to relax and enjoy yourself.
    The magic of our hotel begins with its location, directly on the beach, in the middle of the two miles of powdery white sand that is Patong Bay. The bay, which is gently lapped by the clear waters of the Andaman Sea, is the largest and best known resort on Phuket.
    The beach with the pool, children's pool and sundeck complete with hotel sun beds and parasols. It's sometimes tranquil, and sometimes full of the sound of laughter and enjoyment.

No charge will apply for children of 12 years or under, sharing parent's room utilizing existing bedding. Maximum one(1) children per room. If additional bed is required, the standard extra bed charge will apply.
 - A baby cot is available with free of charge for infant under 3 years old.

Family Plan: (Valid from 01 Nov 10 - 31 Oct 12)
 - No charge will apply for children of 12 years or under, sharing parent's room utilizing existing bedding. (maximum one (1) children per room).
 - Breakfast and others meals for children between 4 - 12 years will be entitled to 50% discount.
 - Maximum 3 adults sharing same room with one Extra Bed, (Extra Bed will be charged as per rate)
 - Maximum 2 children sharing room with 2 adults (An Extra Bed for child is the same price as adult)
 - A baby cot is available with free of charge for infant under 3 years old.

Check-In / Check-Out:
 - Such rooms confirmed shall be made available for occupancy after 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
 - Check out time is 12.00 noon. Rooms used from 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rate.
 - Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

 

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
        - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
            - 35 days prior to arrival date for High Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least 50% of total room rate per room.
            - 50 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment room rate per room.
            - 25 days prior to arrival date for Green Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
        - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
        - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
