5. Half board : 590 Baht/day/pers - Full board : 890 Baht/day/pers.
6. Extra bed is Baht 900.- including ABF.
7. Gala Dinner (Xmas/ New Year) is Baht 2,500.- per person.
8. Check-in time is 14:00 Hrs. Check-out time is 12:00 Hrs.
9. Transportation: (From or To Airport) : 100 Baht/person.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
