Transfer service:
- Chiangmai Airport - Resort or Resort - Chiangmai Airport: 45 minutes transfer service by van at 2,200 Bht/way (maximum 6 pax). Please inform the exact arrival time in advance so that we can arrange the transfer. Transfer rate are subject to change without prior notice.

Honeymoon Special Offer:
- Minimum nights stay : 3 nights, Welcome drink on arrival, Fruit basket in the room, Flowers in the room Honeymoon cake in the room, Heart Roses arrangement on the bed.

Check in / Check out time:
- Confirmed rooms will usually be avaliable of occupancy after 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Checkout time is 12.00 noon. Rooms used from 12.00 noon to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the room rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged at the full room rate, unless specially specified otherwise in writting by the hotel.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    - All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
