Pakasai Resort offers 104 spacious rooms designed with oriental flair in chalets and executive wings, all non-smoking. Our chalets are spaced throughout the tropical gardens, rising up the hillside so that guests can enjoy relaxing views of the greenery and, on the higher levels, the sea. Executive accommodation is located in two low-rise wings close to the conference room and lobby.
For guests' comfort and convenience, all rooms feature personally controlled air-conditioning, multi-channel satellite TV, IDD phones, mini bar, personal safe, tea & coffee maker, hair drier, and beach basket for pool use or take down to the sea.

All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
- Season 1 : Notification of cancellation must be in written form acknowledged by the Hotel at least 17 days prior to the arrival date.
- Season 2 : Notification of cancellation must be in written form acknowledged by the Hotel at least 28 days prior to the arrival date.
- Season 3 : Notification of cancellation must be in written form acknowledged by the Hotel at least 8 days prior to the arrival date.
- Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge 100% of total payment.
