At Paipraya we look after you as our guess at home. Our villas had designed for every customers to suite your stay in Pai. If you looked for place stay near by the great mountain view panorama view, not much far from the town. The cold breeze and fresh air in the morning make you feel relax and comfortable over your stay in our resort. For Family or group of people our resort provide a special villa to cater your stays. We also provide our customer for camping area to server your activities during your stay in Pai.
Just 5 minutes from the Pai's city you can arrive to our resort. We are looking forward to meeting you as soon as our special guess at The Pai Praya Resort.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 14 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate. No show: total payment will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
- Any short stay during Low and High season will be charged at the actual stay plus one night's room charge.
- Any short stay during Peak season will be charged at 100% of actually reservation.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
