Located on the heart of Pai, the resort is close to the Pai river. In here, you are simply sitting still and listening sound of the river passing in the front of you. Across the bamboo bridge you will walk to the Pai Walking Street, just for a couple minutes.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement.
- Period Feb - Sep : 60 days in advance : 10% charged of rate.
: 15 days in advance : 15% charged of rate
: 3 days in advance : 15% charged of rate
- Period Oct - Jan : 60 days in advance : 10% charged of rate.
: 30 days in advance : 50% charged of rate
: 15 days in advance : 70% charged of rate
Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge of total payment. -
No show and early check out : total payment will be charged.

If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
