Pai Chumyen is a small modern resort, situated on the by-pass highway of Pai. We offer budget price of high room quality.  

We have 4 double bed and 4 twin beds, in total of 8 rooms. Rooms are equipped with air-condition and electric fan, water heater, TV, refrigerator, balcony and WiFi.

 

From the balcony, you will feel the morning mist and touch the mountain view of Pai town.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation & No Show Charges:
    Low Season any  cancellation at least 17 days prior to the day of arrival date. Otherwise, Pai Chumyen reserves the rights to charge a 50% cancellation fee of one night. 
    High Season any cancellation at least 22 days prior to the arrival date. Otherwise, Pai Chumyen reservse the rights to charge a 100% cancellation fee of one night.
  • No show: total payment will be charged.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
