1. Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and apply for Single or double occupancy.
2. Rates are exclusive of American Breakfast. 
3. American Breakfast is @ THB 150 per pax.
4. An extra bed/mattress is @ 500 THB per room per night.
5. No charge for child under 7 years of age sharing existing bed with adult. (max 1 child per room).
6. Check in time is at 02:00 p.m., and check out time is at 12:00 a.m.
7. We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
 

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
