   Orchidacea Resort (Formerly Pop Cottage) is nestled against the green lush hills of the western coast of Phuket. Ideally located between Kata and Kata Noi Beach, the hotel is only a short way from the most beautiful beaches of Phuket. The white sandy beaches of Kata and Karon and the blue Andaman Sea are only 3 minutes walking distance away.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

 

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
        - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
            - 40 days prior to arrival date for 26 Dec - 20 Jan. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least 50% of the total room rate per room.
            - 30 days prior to arrival date for 01 Nov - 25 Dec & 21 Jan - 31 Mar. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
            - 20 days prior to arrival date for 01 Apr - 31 Oct. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
        - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
        - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
